Doing the splits or a handstand is no sweat for them.<\/p>\n<p>This senior in her 70s from <span class=\"xn-location\">Guangzhou<\/span> in <span class=\"xn-location\">Guangdong<\/span> province often surprises onlookers by managing 10 pull-ups in a row at the gym.<\/p>\n<p>This man in his 80s from <span class=\"xn-location\">Xi&#8217;an<\/span> in <span class=\"xn-location\">Shaanxi<\/span> province, has been running for decades and can still complete 400 meters in just 1 minute and 24 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Nowadays, it&#8217;s not uncommon to see such energetic elderly people. From 2015 to 2021, the average life expectancy in <span class=\"xn-location\">China<\/span> increased from 76.34 years to 78.2 years, and major health indicators now rank among the top of middle and high-income countries. It can be said that Chinese people are getting more and more healthy.<\/p>\n<p>This development is closely related to many aspects, including <span class=\"xn-location\">China&#8217;s<\/span> progress in the medical and health sector, the increase in quality of life, improvements to the environment, and widespread enthusiasm for exercise.<\/p>\n<p>The seniors mentioned at the beginning are fitness lovers.
