I am thrilled at what is to come as we remain focused on our long-term objectives while adhering closely to our proven strategy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><b>2022 Interim Financial Results and Commentary<\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Revenue was <span class=\"xn-money\">US$2,232.2 million<\/span> for the six months ended <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 30, 2022<\/span>, flat compared to the same period in the prior year. On a constant currency basis, revenue increased by 0.8%.<br \/>&#8211; SharkNinja&#8217;s revenue was <span class=\"xn-money\">US$1,593.2 million<\/span> for the six months ended <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 30, 2022<\/span>, flat compared to the same period in the prior year. On a constant currency basis, revenue increased by 1.2%.<br \/>&#8211; Joyoung&#8217;s revenue was <span class=\"xn-money\">US$639.0 million<\/span> for the six months ended <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 30, 2022<\/span>, a slight decrease of 0.6% versus the same period in the prior year. On a constant currency basis, revenue decreased by 0.3%.<\/li>\n<li>Profit was <span class=\"xn-money\">US$180.9 million<\/span> for the six months ended <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 30, 2022<\/span>, a decrease of <span class=\"xn-money\">US$36.7 million<\/span>, or 16.9% versus the same period in the prior year.<\/li>\n<li>EBITDA was <span class=\"xn-money\">US$302.2 million<\/span> for the six months ended <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 30, 2022<\/span>, a decrease of <span class=\"xn-money\">US$34.0 million<\/span>, or 10.1% versus the same period in the prior year.<\/li>\n<li>Adjusted EBITDA was <span class=\"xn-money\">US$318.4 million<\/span> for the six months ended <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 30, 2022<\/span>, a decrease of <span class=\"xn-money\">US$32.1 million<\/span>, or 9.2% versus the same period in the prior year.<\/li>\n<li>Adjusted net profit attributed to owners of the parent was <span class=\"xn-money\">US$188.9 million<\/span> for the six months ended <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 30, 2022<\/span>, a decrease of <span class=\"xn-money\">US$26.1 million<\/span>, or 12.1% versus the same period in the prior year.<\/li>\n<li>Basic EPS attributable to ordinary equity holders to the parent was <span class=\"xn-money\">US$0.048<\/span> for the six months ended <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 30, 2022<\/span>, a decrease of <span class=\"xn-money\">US$0.009<\/span>, or 15.9 versus the same period in the prior year.<\/li>\n<li>Diluted EPS attributable to ordinary equity holders to the parent was <span class=\"xn-money\">US$0.048<\/span> for the six months ended <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 30, 2022<\/span>, a decrease of <span class=\"xn-money\">US$0.009<\/span>, or 15.8% versus the same period in the prior year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Recent Business Highlights<\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>JS Global&#8217;s revenue has grown by 80.6% compared to the first half of 2019 led by the continued success and expansion of the Shark and Ninja brands, as well as gross profit growth of 86.6% compared to the first half of 2019.<\/li>\n<li>Shark brand remains the #1 vacuum brand in the U.S., while Ninja brand continues to be the #1 brand in small kitchen appliances in the U.S..
