SHANGHAI<\/span><\/span>, Dec. 16, 2022<\/span><\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — Noah Holdings Limited (the “Company<\/b>” or “Noah<\/b>“) (NYSE: NOAH and HKEX: 6686), a leading and pioneer wealth management service provider in China<\/span> offering comprehensive one-stop advisory services on global investment and asset allocation primarily for high net worth investors, today announced that its annual general meeting (the “AGM<\/b>“) was held in Singapore<\/span> on December 16, 2022<\/span> and all the proposed resolutions submitted for shareholders’ approval as set forth in the circular of the Company and notice of the AGM, both dated November 14, 2022<\/span>, were duly passed at the AGM.<\/p>\n

All necessary shareholders’ approval in respect of the Company’s proposed conversion to primary listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Proposed Conversion<\/b>“) has been obtained at the AGM. From the date of this announcement until the effective date of the Proposed Conversion, which is expected to be December 23, 2022<\/span> (the “Effective Date<\/b>“), the Company will continue to make the necessary arrangements to facilitate compliance with all applicable laws, regulation and stock exchange rules as a dual-primary listed issuer on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the New York Stock Exchange upon the Effective Date.<\/p>\n
