Minutes of the meeting are attached and available on <a href=\"https:\/\/c212.net\/c\/link\/?t=0&amp;l=en&amp;o=3843908-1&amp;h=3478905352&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fakerhorizons.com%2Finvestors%2Fshareholder-center%2Fannual-general-meeting%2F&amp;a=https%3A%2F%2Fakerhorizons.com%2Finvestors%2Fshareholder-center%2Fannual-general-meeting%2F\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">https:\/\/akerhorizons.com\/investors\/shareholder-center\/annual-general-meeting\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The general meeting elected six shareholder-appointed directors to the board. \u00d8yvind Eriksen and Lone F\u00f8nss Schr\u00f8der were re-elected in their current positions for a period of two years.
