Fran\u00e7ois-Henri Pinault<\/span>, Chairman and CEO of Kering, Iris Knobloch<\/span>, President of the Festival de Cannes<\/span>, and Thierry Fr\u00e9maux, General Delegate of the Festival de Cannes<\/span>, presented the 2023 Women In Motion<\/i> Award to actress and producer Michelle Yeoh<\/span><\/b>, who delivered an inspiring speech in the presence of the members of the Festival jury and Un certain regard<\/i> jury: “For too long, we as women have been left out of rooms and conversations. We have been told the door is closed to us. (…) Our ideas are endless. Our passion is infinite. And we have come to knock that door down.”<\/p>\n

The Emerging Talent Award<\/i> was presented to Swiss director Carmen Jaquier<\/span>.<\/p>\n
