Following closely in their excellence are <span class=\"xn-location\">Europe<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">North America<\/span> in second and third place.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"xn-location\">Thailand<\/span> is crowned this year&#8217;s market champion with a total of 3,362 winning properties, alongside <span class=\"xn-location\">Indonesia<\/span> (3,227) and <span class=\"xn-location\">the United States<\/span> (1,865) in second and third place. <span class=\"xn-location\">Malaysia<\/span> (1,828), and <span class=\"xn-location\">Vietnam<\/span> (1,798) saw the biggest jump, previously in 12<sup>th<\/sup> and 8<sup>th<\/sup> place, to round up the top five.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>When looking at destinations, <span class=\"xn-location\">Bali<\/span> takes the winning spot for consistently offering the best service, with 845 property awards, bunking last year&#8217;s champions <span class=\"xn-location\">Bangkok<\/span> down to second place, followed closely by <span class=\"xn-location\">Jakarta<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-person\">Chiang Mai<\/span> and new entrants to the top five, <span class=\"xn-location\">Kuala Lumpur<\/span> which was previously at 16<sup>th<\/sup> place in 2022. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;With over 58+ million guest reviews on the platform, Agoda understands the importance these reviews play in providing vital feedback, not only in helping travelers make informed decisions but allowing partners to benchmark their services and gain useful insights to provide better service to our shared customers&#8221;, said <span class=\"xn-person\">Andrew Smith<\/span>, Senior Vice President of Supply, Agoda.<\/p>\n<p>Serving as a reliable source, these reviews empower individuals to pinpoint establishments that align with their specific travel requirements.
