To be staged from 2 to 4 November at ONE\u00b015 Marina Sentosa Cove<\/span><\/a>, this event provides a vital platform for all stakeholders to take action and join in the critical mission to protect our oceans and coastlines in this part of the world. With a fervent aim to empower young and fearless eco-champions in Southeast Asia<\/span>, it envisions pushing the boundaries of marine conservation with unwavering passion and purpose.<\/p>\n

This event is presented by Citi Private Bank<\/a>, supported by Sentosa Development Corporation, in partnership with The International SeaKeepers Society<\/a>.  Blue Water EduFest 2023 will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, yacht owners, entrepreneurs, eco-visionaries, media influencers, and ocean enthusiasts who are passionate about coastal and marine conservation.<\/p>\n

“At SUTL and ONE\u00b015 Marina, the ocean lies at the very heart of our business and operations. We bear a profound responsibility to uphold the conservation of this precious marine ecosystem. Through the 2nd<\/sup> edition of Blue Water EduFest 2023, I would like to rally our business collaborators, stakeholders, and the yachting community to unite and take action, to protect our oceans and coastlines for the well-being of future generations. The event features a two-day conference, The Ocean Collective Summit<\/a>, in partnership with The International SeaKeepers Society and The Fabien Cousteau Ocean Learning Centre. Esteemed speakers will emphasise marine conservation through keynote speeches, panel discussions, and fireside chats.<\/p>\n

“We recognise a powerful synergy in fortifying ocean conservation initiatives through the conference. This gathering will unite changemakers, advocates, and collaborators, empowering our community in the region to drive impactful change for our oceans,” shared Mr Julian Chang<\/span>, Board Member and President of The International SeaKeepers Society Asia.<\/p>\n

The pinnacle of the event is Blue Water Heroes<\/a> which showcases and honours young and passionate individuals dedicated to marine preservation in Southeast Asia<\/span>. Winners from last year will present insightful accounts of their ongoing research and conservation work.<\/p>\n

Also, Antarctic Climate Expedition (ACE) youth participants will share their transformational experiences. Spearheaded by Ocean Geographic Society<\/a> founder Michael Aw<\/span> and oceanographer Dr. Sylvia Earle<\/span>, ACE included everyday heroes on a vessel named after Dr. Earle.<\/p>\n

The event will culminate with a community beach clean-up with event attendees, esteemed partners, sponsors, ONE15 members, and students, all uniting to create a profound impact through their participation.<\/p>\n
