CHENGDU, China<\/span><\/span>, Sept. 8, 2023<\/span><\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — Antelope Enterprise Holdings Limited (NASDAQ Capital Market: AEHL) (“Antelope Enterprise”, “AEHL” or the “Company”), the operator of KylinCloud, a premier livestreaming e-commerce platform that leverages a network of over 400,000 hosts and influencers across China<\/span>, today announced <\/span>that on September 8, 2023<\/span>, its Board of Directors appointed Mr. Boyu Zhang<\/span> as an executive director of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective September 11, 2023<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Since January 1, 2023<\/span>, Mr. Boyu Zhang<\/span> has served as Vice President of Strategic Development and Investor Relations of the Company. From October 2019<\/span> to June 2022<\/span>, Mr. Zhang was the Founder and CEO of Bikeshire Hathaway Investment Limited, a securities trading information advisory company. Mr. Zhang obtained both a BA degree in International Business in 2015 and an MBA in Finance in 2016 from Ashland University<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
