(&#8220;Ganfeng Lithium&#8221;) (HKSE:1772)<\/b> today announced the completion of a strategic partnership to accelerate the exploration and development of lithium pegmatite resources across <span class=\"xn-location\">Africa<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Through the partnership, Ganfeng Lithium has acquired a 19.9% interest in Lithium Africa and together, Ganfeng Lithium and Lithium Africa have established a 50\/50 joint venture partnership (the &#8220;<b>Exploration Partnership<\/b>&#8220;) to hold and operate Lithium Africa&#8217;s highly prospective lithium portfolio, covering over 2,500 km<sup>2<\/sup>, across <span class=\"xn-location\">Ivory Coast<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Guinea<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Mali<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">Zimbabwe<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Lithium <span class=\"xn-location\">Africa<\/span> has assembled a team of over 30 exploration professionals and geologists with experience in resource development in <span class=\"xn-location\">Africa<\/span>, within established mining companies.
