HONG KONG<\/span><\/span>, Nov. 22, 2023<\/span><\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — CLPS Incorporation (the "Company" or "CLPS") (Nasdaq: CLPS), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.10<\/span> per share of common stock. It is payable on December 13, 2023<\/span> to shareholders of record as of December 4, 2023<\/span>. The aggregate amount of the payment to be made in connection with this special cash dividend will be approximately $2.56 million<\/span>.<\/p>\n

This special cash dividend follows the Company’s initial special cash dividend of $0.05<\/span> per share, paid on January 10, 2023<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Mr. Raymond Lin<\/span>, Chief Executive Officer of CLPS, commented, "Ensuring returns for our valued shareholders is a paramount responsibility that we always keep in mind. The details of any future cash dividend declaration, including the amount of such dividend, the timing, and establishment of the record and payment dates, will be determined by the Board of Directors. The decision of whether to pay future cash dividends and the amount of any such dividends will be based on the Company’s financial position, results of operations, cash flows, capital requirements, business conditions, the requirements of applicable law, and any other factors the Board of Directors may deem relevant.  <\/p>\n
