The proposal submitted for shareholder approval at the 2023 AGM has been approved. Specifically, the shareholders have passed resolution approving the ratification of the appointment of MaloneBailey, LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023<\/span>.<\/p>\n
