Effective <span class=\"xn-chron\">December 1, 2023<\/span>, its Board of Directors has appointed Mr. <span class=\"xn-person\">Junjie Dong<\/span> as an executive director of the Company&#8217;s Board of Directors. Mr. Dong is responsible for its strategic direction and overseeing its technological advancements, and he has held this position since <span class=\"xn-chron\">July 2023<\/span>. From <span class=\"xn-chron\">February 2018<\/span> to <span class=\"xn-chron\">July 2023<\/span>, Mr. Dong was the Chief Executive Officer (&quot;CEO&quot;) of Shenzhen Hongtaiju Technology Development Co., Ltd., an information technology company, where he was mainly responsible for the company&#8217;s strategic planning and operational management. From <span class=\"xn-chron\">August 2015<\/span> to <span class=\"xn-chron\">December 2018<\/span>, Mr. Dong was CEO of Shenzhen Weidai Yingxing Financial Services Co., Ltd, a company that provides financial services. From <span class=\"xn-chron\">May 2013<\/span> to <span class=\"xn-chron\">July 2015<\/span>, he was the CEO of Shenzhen Hongtaiju Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., a company that provides financial services. Mr. Dong attended Hainan Vocational College of Science and Technology from <span class=\"xn-chron\">March 2015<\/span> to <span class=\"xn-chron\">December 2018<\/span>, and received the junior college degree.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In addition, effective <span class=\"xn-chron\">December 15, 2023<\/span>, Mr. <span class=\"xn-person\">Boyu Zhang<\/span>, an executive director of the Company&#8217;s Board, will tender his resignation.
