La Mancha, Unione Consorzi Vini Veneti \u2013 U.VI.VE., and the National Interprofessional Organization of Vine and Wine of <span class=\"xn-location\">Greece<\/span>, EUWINA targets the markets of Mainland China, <span class=\"xn-location\">Singapore<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">South Korea<\/span>, and <span class=\"xn-location\">Taiwan<\/span>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"PRN_ImbeddedAssetReference\" id=\"DivAssetPlaceHolder1\">\n<p style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: center; WIDTH: 100%\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/mma.prnasia.com\/media2\/2306729\/image.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mma.prnasia.com\/media2\/2306729\/image.jpg?p=medium600\" title=\"\" alt=\"\" \/> <\/a> <br \/><span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>To achieve its objectives, EUWINA has implemented a series of educational initiatives and masterclasses targeting importers, and distributors, Ho. Re. Ca. professionals, sommeliers, and media professionals. The EUWINA education program in 2023 reached over 2,125 unique participants in our 39 masterclasses in <span class=\"xn-location\">Asia<\/span>, tasting over 230 references of wines.<\/p>\n<p>EUWINA organized eight programs of masterclasses in <span class=\"xn-location\">China<\/span> as part of two roadshows, the summer and autumn editions. The summer roadshow took place in July, getting high audiences in <span class=\"xn-location\">Beijing<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Guangzhou<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Shenzhen<\/span>, and <span class=\"xn-location\">Shanghai<\/span>. Building on this success, the autumn roadshow was held in <span class=\"xn-location\">Hong Kong<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Xian<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Beijing<\/span>, and <span class=\"xn-location\">Shenzhen<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>The attendance was remarkable, with an average of 75 guests. Additionally, the live broadcasts of EUWINA&#8217;s Virtual Classroom garnered interest, with an average of 150 subscribers per masterclass. Over 600 participants attended the twenty-four in-person masterclasses, where over 140 wines from <span class=\"xn-location\">Spain<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Greece<\/span>, and <span class=\"xn-location\">Italy<\/span> were presented by renowned wine educators.<\/p>\n<p>Expanding its reach beyond <span class=\"xn-location\">China<\/span>, EUWINA held masterclasses in <span class=\"xn-location\">Singapore<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Seoul<\/span>, and <span class=\"xn-location\">Taipei<\/span> in July, establishing the campaign&#8217;s influence and promoting European wines in these markets. <span class=\"xn-location\">Seoul<\/span> was also the host for two additional seminars, in October and November. Nearly 325 participants attended the fifteen masterclasses. Ninety wines representing wineries from <span class=\"xn-location\">Spain<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Greece<\/span>, and <span class=\"xn-location\">Italy<\/span> were tasted during the program.<\/p>\n<p>EUWINA organized a study trip to <span class=\"xn-location\">Spain<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">Greece<\/span> for five journalists from&nbsp;countries and regions including <span class=\"xn-location\">South Korea<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-location\">Singapore<\/span>, and <span class=\"xn-location\">Taiwan<\/span>, visiting the D.O. La Mancha wine region during the grape harvest season. The trip to <span class=\"xn-location\">Greece<\/span> provided an extraordinary opportunity for them to deepen their knowledge and understanding of Greek wines, particularly those with Designation of Origin status.<\/p>\n<p>EUWINA program of promotional activities for 2024 will cover twenty-four masterclasses in Mainland China, <span class=\"xn-location\">Singapore<\/span>, Korea, and <span class=\"xn-location\">Taiwan<\/span>. A study trip for wine traders from <span class=\"xn-location\">China<\/span> will take place in September to <span class=\"xn-location\">Spain<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-location\">Greece<\/span>.
