BEIJING<\/span><\/span>, Feb. 7, 2024<\/span><\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — Datasea Inc., (NASDAQ: DTSS) ("Datasea" or the "Company"), a Nevada<\/span> incorporated digital technology corporation engaged in innovative business segments for intelligent acoustics and 5G messaging technology in China<\/span> announced today that, on February 6, 2024, it received a written notification from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("NASDAQ") confirming that for the last 10 consecutive business days, from January 23 through February 5, 2024<\/span>, the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock has been at $1.00<\/span> per share or greater and, as a result, the Company has regained compliance with NASDAQ’s minimum bid price requirement under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and the matter is now closed.<\/p>\n
