Ms. Rohr has been with Ericsson since 2022 and she has been a key leader in driving the cultural transformation of the organization. She will continue to report to <span class=\"xn-person\">Scott Dresser<\/span>, Group Chief Legal Officer, and the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors. <span class=\"xn-person\">Jan Sprafke<\/span>, who joined the company in 2020, will leave Ericsson to pursue other opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>B&ouml;rje Ekholm, President and CEO of Ericsson, says: &quot;I&#8217;m pleased to have Becky take on this important leadership position; she is a strong leader in the organization, and she embodies the values and standards of excellence that we hold within Ericsson.
