(the "Successor Auditors") as successor auditor of the Company and for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024<\/span> to replace MNP LLP<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Selects YCM CPA INC. as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm was approved by the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company. There was no disagreement between the Company and MNP LLP<\/span> on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.<\/p>\n
