Fully constructed, the Cai Mep LNG Terminal was developed by Hai Linh&nbsp;Company&nbsp;Limited, a&nbsp;prominent&nbsp;petroleum product&nbsp;import&nbsp;terminal and&nbsp;trader&nbsp;in&nbsp;Vietnam.<\/p>\n<div id=\"prni_dvprnejpg27adleft\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: center; WIDTH: 100%\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/mma.prnasia.com\/media2\/2357395\/AGP_LNG.jpg?p=medium600\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"prnejpg27adleft\" title=\"AGP LNG Acquires 49 Stake in Fully Constructed Cai Mep LNG Terminal in S\" src=\"https:\/\/mma.prnasia.com\/media2\/2357395\/AGP_LNG.jpg?p=medium600\" alt=\"AGP LNG Acquires 49 Stake in Fully Constructed Cai Mep LNG Terminal in S\" align=\"middle\" data-name=\"url$https%3A%2F%2Fmma.prnewswire.com%2Fmedia%2F2357395%2FAGP_LNG.jpg\" \/><\/a> <br \/> <span>AGP LNG Acquires 49 Stake in Fully Constructed Cai Mep LNG Terminal in S<\/span> <\/div>\n<p>The Cai Mep LNG Terminal has pipeline connectivity to <span class=\"xn-location\">Vietnam&#8217;s<\/span> largest power&nbsp;generation complex, the Phu My industrial zone, with a gas-fired capacity of 3.9 GW.&nbsp;The terminal is strategically located near the Mekong River Delta and has three&nbsp;onshore tanks totaling to a capacity of 220,000 m3 of LNG storage, and LNG break-&nbsp;bulk&nbsp;capabilities&nbsp;that&nbsp;allow&nbsp;it&nbsp;to&nbsp;reload LNG into smaller vessels. With a total of 14 bays for CNG and LNG truck-loading, the Cai Mep LNG Terminal is well-connected via&nbsp;multiple highways to several nearby demand centers to provide reliable access to&nbsp;LNG.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. <span class=\"xn-person\">Karthik Sathyamoorthy<\/span>, CEO, AG&amp;P LNG, said, &quot;Cai Mep LNG Terminal will play a pivotal role in enhancing energy security of <span class=\"xn-location\">Vietnam<\/span>, paving the way for energy transition in <span class=\"xn-location\">Vietnam<\/span>.
