Grok is the investment office of Atlassian Co-Founder <span class=\"xn-person\">Mike Cannon-Brookes<\/span> and his wife Annie. Grok was joined by <u><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.skipcapital.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Skip Capital,<\/a><\/u> the investment office of Atlassian&#8217;s other Co-Founder <span class=\"xn-person\">Scott Farquhar<\/span>, as well as global CleanTech investor, <u><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.arcternventures.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">ArcTern Ventures<\/a><\/u>. The Series B round was heavily oversubscribed and saw strong follow-on support from existing investors, <u><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.airtree.vc\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">AirTree Ventures<\/a><\/u>, the <u><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cefc.com.au\/who-we-are\/about-us\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Clean Energy Finance Corporation<\/a><\/u> (CEFC), <u><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/cventures.vc\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Contrarian Ventures<\/a><\/u> and <u><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.maniv.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Maniv Mobility<\/a><\/u>. <\/p>\n<p>The round was also supported by a ground-breaking asset backed debt facility for e-bikes, built and provided by long term partners <u><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.viola-group.com\/fund\/violacredit\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Viola Credit<\/a><\/u>&nbsp;and <u><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/one-ventures.com.au\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">OneVentures<\/a><\/u>. Viola Credit is part of <u><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.viola-group.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Viola Group<\/a><\/u>, which is <span class=\"xn-location\">Israel&#8217;s<\/span> leading tech-focused investor with &gt;<span class=\"xn-money\">$3 billion<\/span> in assets under management. The debt facility will allow Zoomo to supercharge its customers&#8217; growth, by removing the need for upfront, lump-sum payments on bikes and instead allow them to pay a monthly subscription fee. The facility is highly scalable giving Zoomo room to rapidly grow its fleet.<\/p>\n<p><b>Customers at the core<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Zoomo will use the funds to expand its operations into new cities and countries, deepen software integration with its customers, and finalize development of Zoomo&#8217;s next-generation vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>This will mean an enhanced offering to the brand&#8217;s existing and future customers, customers who have already expressed their appreciation for Zoomo&#8217;s cutting-edge electric vehicle solutions.<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"xn-person\">Alberto Menolascina<\/span>, General Manager UK at Gopuff said,<\/b>&nbsp;&#8220;Our Zoomo e-bike fleet is critical to enabling our rapid grocery delivery promise.
