Besides cash prizes, winning teams can receive one-on-one technopreneur <span id=\"spanHghltd156\">mentorship.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>XJTLU, the National Innovation Center par Excellence (NICE), the Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute (JITRI), and the National Innovation Institute of Excellent Engineers (<span class=\"xn-location\">Shanghai<\/span>), all in <span class=\"xn-location\">China<\/span>, are the competition organisers.<\/p>\n<p><b>Prizes<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cash prizes that total <span class=\"xn-money\">270,000 RMB<\/span> will be awarded to 60 teams:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>The three First Prize-winning teams will receive <span class=\"xn-money\">20,000 RMB<\/span>;<\/li>\n<li>the nine Second Prize-winning teams will receive <span class=\"xn-money\">10,000 RMB<\/span>;<\/li>\n<li>the 18 Third Prize-winning teams will receive <span class=\"xn-money\">5,000 RMB<\/span>; and<\/li>\n<li>the 30 Excellence Prize-winning teams <span class=\"xn-money\">1,000 RMB<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All the 60 winning teams will have an opportunity to win other prizes, including a one-on-one technopreneur mentorship (which can be online and with an English-speaking mentor).<\/p>\n<p><b>Basic Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Students from around the world are eligible to participate in the competition, with the option to participate fully online;<\/li>\n<li>each team should include 2-6 members;<\/li>\n<li>each member can participate in only one team and each team can submit only one project; and<\/li>\n<li>the pitched projects should relate to one of the three themes: 1) green and intelligent technology 2) healthy living and cultural technology 3) finance and business innovation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For detailed requirements and how to participate, please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xjtlu.edu.cn\/en\/study\/departments\/entrepreneurship-and-enterprise-hub\/dream-chasers\/dream-chasers-submission\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">official webpage<\/a> of the competition.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Dates<\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>11 May\u201330 September: registration<\/li>\n<li>1\u201331 October: first round<\/li>\n<li>1\u201330 November: second round<\/li>\n<li>1\u201315 December: final round<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To ask a question, please email <span id=\"spanHghlt6c9a\"><a href=\"mailto:EEH@xjtlu.edu.cn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">EEH@xjtlu.edu.cn<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SUZHOU, China, Aug. 2, 2024 \/PRNewswire\/ &#8212;&nbsp;Teams of aspiring student entrepreneurs from around the world can enter the third&nbsp;Xi&#8217;an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) Global Entrepreneurial Dream Chasers Competition until 30 September 2024.
