The EURO 1 billion<\/span> facility, with a maturity of three years, was well supported by both regional and international banks with 23 institutions joining the syndication allowing a substantial oversubscription.<\/p>\n

The syndication was led by Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale and Standard Chartered (the Bookrunners & Initial Mandated Lead Arrangers). Standard Chartered acted as the Documentation Co-ordinator and Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale as Facility Agent.<\/p>\n
