Preclinical evidence supports the synergistic antitumor activity of CTLA-4 blockade combined with PD-(L)1 inhibition in mouse models. In this multicenter, open-label, Phase II study (<a href=\"https:\/\/clinicaltrials.gov\/study\/NCT05167071\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">NCT05167071<\/a>), heavily pretreated non-liver metastatic MSS mCRC patients were enrolled. It is also the first fully human heavy-chain-only antibody which entered clinical development globally.
