HOUSTON<\/span><\/span>, Oct. 11, 2025<\/span><\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — GATE Energy is pleased to announce that Mr. Phil Wedemeyer<\/span> has joined our Board of Directors. Mr. Wedemeyer’s substantial experience includes auditing, consulting and service as a director of companies involved in the energy business.<\/p>\n

Mr. Wedemeyer currently serves as Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of HighGround Advisors, a non-profit investment and trust services company. He previously served as a Director and Member of the Audit Committees of Ensco PLC, which merged with Rowan Companies PLC and renamed Valaris PLC in 2019; Horizon Offshore, Inc.; and Powell Electrical Manufacturing Company. He also served as Director and Chair of the Audit Committees of Atwood Oceanics, Inc., which was acquired by Ensco plc in 2017; Willbros Group, Inc., which was acquired by Primoris, Inc. in June 2018<\/span>; and HMS Income Fund, Inc.<\/p>\n

Mr. Wedemeyer remarked, “I am pleased to be given the opportunity to work with the owner employees and management of GATE – a company with a proven record of success and high standards.
