AstraZeneca will be responsible for all clinical development, regulatory submissions, and commercialization activities for JAB-23E73 outside of China.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yinxiang Wang Ph.D., Chairman and Co-CEO of Jacobio Pharma, commented: &#8220;We are delighted to partner with AstraZeneca.
