This year, a total of twelve projects were recognized according to comprehensive sets of judging criteria developed based on the Baldrige Excellence Framework, with each award assessed against its own criteria. The Best Managed Organizations Award covers eight aspects, including Leadership and Governance; Operations; Workforce; Customer and Markets; Finance; Strategy; Organizational Learning; and Community Relationships. The Best Practices Award covers nine aspects, including Identification of Key Challenges; Implementation; Alignment with VMV; Innovation; Valuing People; Organization Agility and Resilience; Stakeholder Engagement; Delivery of Value and Results: Organizational Impact; and Delivery of Value and Results: Societal Contribution. The Awards were presented by Chairperson of the Association Prof&nbsp;Winfried Engelbrecht-Bresges GBS JP, Guest of Honour Prof Ayesha Macpherson Lau BBS JP, Honorary President Dr Y K Pang GBS JP,&nbsp;and Council Members Mr Patrick Lam, Ir Prof Sunny Lee BBS JP, Mr Thomas Leung,&nbsp;Ir Prof Paul Poon MH, Prof Kent Wong and Mr Ricky Wong MH.
