Yu Zhitao, Vice President of Hisense Group and President of Hisense Visual Technology publicly stated that the year 2022 will witness an inflection point in global TV competition: the industry’s main competitive factors will shift from price and screen size to chips and image quality. <\/p>\n

Chip is the core underlying technology of Hisense’s large display strategy<\/b><\/p>\n

From 2005, Hisense successfully developed the first digital video processing chip with independent intellectual property rights and industrialization. Until 2022, Hisense’s newly released new processor is already the 5th generation chip. It achieves the leapfrog development from 4K<\/span> to 8K<\/span> for the first time and makes great breakthroughs in the core technology of AI image quality algorithm.<\/p>\n

The Hi-View HV8107 chip not only has the function of supporting over 33 million pixels, but its partition control of 26,880 zones and powerful AI sensing ability can effectively improve the definition, contrast, and three-dimensional sense of TV pictures, allowing users to enjoy an immersive visual experience. It is also particularly amazing in the details of high-speed moving object trajectory capture, skin color improvement, and noise reduction.<\/p>\n

The chip is already being mass-produced and will be applied to multiple series of display products in various subordinate brands of Hisense, including Toshiba.
